What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing a digital mockup file that allows you to showcase your designs or products professionally. No physical item will be shipped.
What files are included in the download?
Each listing typically includes high-resolution image files (JPEG/JPG). These files are compatible with Canva or design software.
How do I access my files after purchase?
Once you place an order, you will receive an instant download link via email and in will be available in your account dashboard too.
Do you provide instructions on how to use the mockups?
Yes! Our simple to follow instructions are available here.
Do I need design experience to use these mockups?
No. Our mockups are beginner-friendly and designed for easy customization, even if you have little or no design experience.

How do I add my design to the mockup?
Simply open the file in Canva or your preferred software and place your design or text over the product. It's that easy!
Can I change colors or backgrounds?
These are pre-styled images with lifestyle settings. Removing background and changing colors will be possible using softwares with advanced skills.
Can I use these mockups for my online store or marketplace listings?
Yes! You may use them to display your products on websites, Shopify stores, Etsy listings, social media, and marketing materials.
Are these mockups compatible with Canva?
Yes. All of our mockups are Canva-friendly.

Can I use the mockups for commercial purposes?

Can I resell or share the mockup files?
No. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the original mockup files is not permitted.
Can I include these mockups in templates or digital products I sell?
No. Mockups cannot be resold or included in other digital products where the file itself can be extracted.

All mockups work with Canva (free & paid versions) or common design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator or similar editing software.
What if I cannot download my files?
Contact us with your order details and we’ll resend the download link promptly. Files are also available in your dashboard!
Are the images high resolution?
Yes. All mockups are created in high resolution suitable for professional websites and online marketplaces.

Do you offer refunds?
